Nadirah

Nadirah, born June 15th, 1998, is an intelligent girl that loves playing with her toys. Sometimes, she has difficulty interacting with peers and accepting direction from authority. The family that adopts Nadirah will ideally be a two parent family unit that has experience with special needs, no small children, and possibly resides in the Philadelphia area.
